Kogarashi Fuyuzora has psychic abilities. Often haunted by evil spirits and left with a huge debt, he searches for a room with cheap rent.
That’s how he ends up at Yuragi-Sou - a manor house full of unimaginably beautiful girls, including the high school girl ghost Yuuna Yunohana, who can’t move on to the afterlife.
Despite the owner of Yuragi Sou being against him moving in, Kogarashi somehow ends up living there…
